
Throughout his career, Jaimes has served in several pivotal leadership roles as a corporate instructor providing training for Fortune 100 and 500 companies such as Estee Lauder, MTV Networks, and Rotary International, as well as long-standing consulting relationships with nationally recognized names such as Equifax, US Postal Service, and Fifth Third National Bank. Though he never became a working concert musician, he credits his musical training for helping him break down barriers and giving him his unique and disciplined personal and professional philosophy.
His professional associations include American Society of Training & Development (ASTD), as well as having provided professional mentorship in programs such as NAACP (ACT-SO Program), and Minds On sponsored by The Rensellearville Institute...to name but a few. His community work includes a long list of organizations, most notable is the three years he spent in Teguicigalpa, Honduras working as the Director of Fundraising for Walking with Children, a home to children living with HIV/AIDS.
He believes in the indominitable spirit within each of us and no matter what happens in our lives, “we have an unlimited power to have our lives turn out according to our own designs no matter who we are, where we began, or what obstacles stand in our way.”
