With a career in the financial industry of more than 23 years, Janice has extensive human resources, office management, and entrepreneurial experience.  She is known for her unique style that places high value on both personal and professional relationships.

Throughout her career Janice has served in various leadership roles—in national and local organizations—including Maritz, Merrill Lynch and Anderson Hoagland. She credits her experience in those roles as critical pieces in the puzzle she uses to construct her unique business philosophy.  She joined the company in 2001, after realizing the benefits first-hand as a participant.  People who know her describe her as passionate about life, endlessly creative, and a ruthless eye for detail.
