shifting the consciousness of the community, and our world.

With over a decade of experience, Jo brings sensitivity to her course facilitation.  She has worked with hundreds of individuals either during a course, as a mentor, or in private sessions with stellar results largely due to her keen intuition.  The breadth and depth of her coaching practice allows her to quickly get to the root of personal issues, uncover beliefs, and allow an ‘authentic transformation’ to occur.  Her approach allows individuals and groups to reflect, change, and achieve their goals and full potential.

As a mentor and course facilitator, Jo is committed to empowering individuals ‘to take themselves on’ and create the life they want to live.  Her specialty is working with couples—specifically guiding them to see what’s working and what’s not working to create a connected and loving relationship.  Prior to working for Phoenix Arises Seminars, Jo worked in human relations in the corporate world.

As a humanitarian, Jo has served as a volunteer with many organizations and has been an advocate for victims of sexual assault for the past five years.  In addition to her passion for women, children, and families, she is an activist for human equality.  Her business and life experiences give her an accurate perspective of the unique biopsychosocial challenges that can arise in everyday life.

Jo is committed to continuing her education to better serve others.  She is working towards her degree in Developmental Psychology.  She is a member of the American Psychological Association, FOCUS St. Louis, Professional Women’s Alliance, and the National Association of Professional Women.
