toni mcmurphy

Toni is a professional speaker, coach, and facilitator who has trained more than 56,000 employees in over 220 organizations. She is an expert in the Psychology of Sustainability and how to inspire meaningful behavioral change.

She serves as a Sustainability Consultant for Washington University and facilitates Green Teams on both campuses. She is the co-founder of the St. Louis Sustainability Forum, consults with the Missouri Coalition for the Environment and regularly speaks at national conferences on “Sustainability: A Catalyst for Individual and Institutional Transformation.”

Toni’s book entitled, Flowcus will be released in 2011. Other on-going projects include Management Development Training for Enterprise, National and Alamo Car Rental, strategic planning and branding for Siteman Cancer Centers and executive coaching for McClure Engineering.

Since 1987, Toni has served as president of Infinite Impact, a consulting firm dedicated to helping people bring out the best in themselves and each other.  She specializes in the design and facilitation of customized interactive training, workshops, and retreats that improve performance and drive results in leadership and team development, employee engagement and enhancing the customer experience.

Toni earned her MA in Counseling from Webster and did a majority of her work on a second masters in HR/Organization Development at Washington University.  She also has numerous certifications in NLP, Myers-Briggs and Time Line Therapy. Toni is a member of the National Speakers Association and the St. Louis Publishers Association.
